Yes. We understand plans change. We’re happy to modify your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. Call us to make a change at 970-754-0033 for U.S. reservations or 800-766-0449 for Canadian reservations. If you can, have your confirmation number handy.
Absolutely. For your safety, all rentals include a helmet. We have adult and kids sizes available for every bike rental.
Yes, for certain bike park and downhill bike rentals. These options include knee and elbow pads and body armor and can be selected in Step 3.
Typically, May through August, but this can vary by weather conditions and resort. For your safety, some trails may be closed early in the season.
Safety first. Dismount and move your bike to a safe place. Then, call the rental shop. We’ll help fix your flat and get you back out there. We recommend bringing a cell phone and adding the shop’s number before you begin your ride.
All downhill mountain bikes come with flat pedals.
